Rich and creamy, these no-bake spooky cups are the perfect indulgent Halloween treat.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) plain brick-style cream cheese
- 1/3 cup icing sugar, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup 35% heavy cream, divided
- 1 cup cookie crumbs, divided
- 3 pkg (1 1/2 oz each) M&M’S® Ghoul's Mix, divided
- 24 small candy eyes (optional)
Instructions

1 Using electric mixer, whip together cream cheese, 1/4 cup icing sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, beat 1/2 cup cream until stiff peaks form; beat into cream cheese mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup cookie crumbs and half of the M&M’S®.

2 Spoon into 12 mini silicone cups. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until well chilled and set.

3 Roll bases in remaining cookie crumbs; arrange in even layer to resemble dirt in a graveyard.

4 Whip remaining cream with icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon into piping bag fitted with round tip; pipe cream on top of each base to resemble ghosts. Garnish each ghost with remaining M&M'S®, and candy eyes (if using).

Tip If desired, use 1/2 ladyfinger or sugar cookie for graveyard stone; using icing tubes, write R.I.P on cookie.
