- Pinch salt
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup M&M’S® Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies Ghoul’s Mix, chopped
- 1 cup light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1/2 oz CHEETOS® Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, crushed (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions
-
1 Preheat oven to 350˚F.
-
2 In small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
-
3 In medium bowl, using wooden spoon, combine granulated sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and stir until well incorporated. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in half the flour mixture and the sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining flour mixture until smooth. Fold in half the chopped M&M’S® Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies Ghoul’s Mix.
-
4 Drop twenty-four 1-heaping-tsp mounds of batter onto 2 parchment paper–lined baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Sprinkle remaining M&M’S® on top.
-
5 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean when inserted into center of a pie. Let cool completely on wire rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
-
6 In another small bowl, using handheld electric mixer, combine cream cheese, icing sugar and remaining vanilla until light and fluffy. Transfer frosting to piping bag with tip cut off.

7 Spread frosting onto flat side of 12 whoopie pies. Cap with remaining pies.
-
8 Transfer CHEETOS® Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks to small dish. Roll exposed frosting filling of whoopie pies in CHEETOS.
